Inclusion criteria: Adults 18-65years ASA PS I, II Patients posted for head and neck cancer surgery with flap reconstruction

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ASA III, IV Patients not willing to participate Patients posted for end stage palliative therapy, terminal cancers
