Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with complaints of Arunshikha folliculitis decalvans with kandu itching, kangusidharthaknibh pitika reddish papules, Bahukled discharge, Bahuvaktrata multiple opening in study group Patients with no symptoms of Arunshika with same age in control group.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients having other diseases like scalp psoriasis, eczema, lichen planus, etc.

To identify specific dietary and lifestyle factors that may contribute to the development and severity of Arunshika that is folliculitis decalvans This includes analyzing which foods or lifestyle habits such as exposure to heat stress levels or irregular sleep patterns are associated with an increase in symptoms like inflammation pain and hair loss By identifying these factors the study aims to better understand how they impact the onset and progression of the condition Timepoint: At baseline

MeasureTime frame
It include evaluating how these dietary and lifestyle factors affect the overall quality of life of patients, including their psychological well-being and social interactions. Additionally, the study seeks to observe the progression of hair loss and scarring over time and to determine if adjusting diet and lifestyle can slow these effects. Another secondary outcome is to identify patterns in dosha imbalances (Ayurvedic energy disruptions) in patients with folliculitis decalvans, which could help link Ayurvedic insights with symptom patterns in a way that may support more personalized Ayurvedic treatments.
