Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 2. Patients who have voluntarily signed the informed consent for the described procedure. 3. Patients having good physical and mental health. 4. Systemically healthy subjects. 5. Patients with moderately severe and chronic more than 3 months pain. 6. Patients having subluxation without reduction. 7. Compromised mouth opening 8. Degenerative joint disease of the TMJ as the primary source of pain.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Immunocompromised patients 2. Psychologically compromised patients. 3. Allergy to Local anaesthesia. 4. Dental problem or sinus pathology potentially contributing to pain. 5. Active rheumatological condition. 6. Pain due to infection. 7. Anaemia, pregnancy or breast feeding.
