Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Physically inactive college students of aged 18-25 year No history of cardiovascular, pulmonary, and musculoskeletal disorders.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: No pre-existing injuries No pre-existing injuries, non smoker.
