Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Systemically healthy patients with generalized periodontitis belonging to both sexes aged between 30-60 years will be selected

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Pregnant and lactating females • Immunocompromised patient • Periodontal or orthodontic treatment at least 6 months before the start of the study • Use of antibiotics, corticosteroids, and anti ?inflammatory drugs within 3 months before sampling. • Smokers
