Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: ASA PS 1 and 2 Elective surgeries under general anaesthesia ( thyroid , ENT and breast surgeries)
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Emergency Surgery Pregnant patients Significant renal dysfunction, severe hepatic dysfunction, cardiac disease Anticipated difficult airway
