Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patient undergoing Laparoscopic lower abdominal surgeries. 2. ASA 1 or 2 physical status.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Refusal of consent. 2. Local site infection. 3. Any contraindication to peripheral nerve block. 4. Morbid obese (BMI more than or equal to 40kg/m2) 5. Dropout ( Laparoscopic surgeries converted into open surgeries).
