Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1 Female individuals aged 30 to 45 years 2 Not currently engaged in a regular exercise or yoga routine 3 No severe medical conditions that contraindicate exercise

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 People with major physical injuries or long-term health conditions 2 Those currently engaged in other organized fitness programs
