Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patient in the age group of 18 to 60 years of either gender All ICU patients admitted to a medical or surgical ICU. Patients not on mechanical ventilation, GCS more than 14.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: ICU stay was less than 72h. Patients with history of concurrent antipsychotic medications and drug abuser.
