Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ASA grade I-II patients body weight 50-70 kgs patient undergoing lscs under sabarachnoid block

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: any deformity or local sepsis in spinal lumbar region and severe hypovolemia and increased icp any bleed in or coagulation abnormalities history of allergy or hypersensitivity to any of the study drugs
