Inclusion criteria: ALL INBORN PRETERM NEWBORNS REQUIRING WARMER CARE ALL OUTBORN PRETERM NEWBORNS REQUIRING WARMER CARE WHO PRESENT WITHIN 24 HOURS OF BIRTH

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: TERM NEWBORNS ALL OUTBORN PRETERM WHO PRESENT AFTER 24 HOURS NEWBORN NOT REQUIRING WARMER CARE CHILDREN WITH PRE EXISTING SKIN CONDITION SCLEREMATOUS NEWBORN PRETERM WHJO REQUIRE REMOVAL OF PROBE BEFORE 24 HOURS
