Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Players who have participated in the past 1 year at a competitive level. 2. Players who has not participated in thrower’s 10 exercise and ballistic six exercise in the past

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Recent shoulder injuries 2. Recent shoulder surgeries 3. Cardiovascular problems
