Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1 Selection irrespective of religion and socioeconomic status and occupation. 2 Patient having sign and symptoms – 3 Abrasions upto area 5cm 4 Lacerated wound 5×3×1 cm 4 Ghrishta Vrana (Abrasions) 5 Kshataj Vrana (laceration) 6 Viddha Vrana (Punctured Injury)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 Known cases of HIV,Hepatitis B, any systemic disease such as 1 Anemia 2 Any unknown bleeding disorder, 3 DM, 4 Hypertension 5 Any systemic disorder 6 On Rx Antiplatlet or any coagulopathy. 2 Patients suffering from wounds like Chinna vrana (Excised) Bhinna Vrana (Stab injury) Pichichita Vrana (Crushed) 3 Complex wound associated with fracture,ligaments injuries or tendon injuries wound. And all medico legal cases.

1 To assess the effect of DURVA SWARAS as local application in the management of sadhyovrana. 2 Cheak CBC, RBS Timepoint: 15 days interval

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
1.To achieve efficacy of DURVA SWARAS in management of sadhyovrana. 2.To assess the improvement by sign and gradations of assessment criteria. 3.To study the effect of Povidine iodine solutions in the management of sadhyovrana. 4.To achieve outcome in decided time period with respect to control drug.Timepoint: 15 days interval
