Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients of age 18-65 years of age admitted in ICU with pulmonary hypertension and left sided heart failure

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Declined consent from guardian Patients with an increased bleeding risk (or) active bleeding due to vascular damage Allergic reaction to any drug Pregnancy and nursing period. Valvular heart disease
