Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with clinical features of Apabahuka- Amsasosha(dryness in shoulder joint), Amsabandhana (stiffness in shoulder joint), Amsasira Aakunchana(restricted range of shoulder movements) with if the range of movement is less than 100° in forward flexion, less than 10° in external rotation, and less than L5 vertebral level in internal rotation K/C/O previous shoulder trauma, Diabetes Mellitus with HbA1c values 6.5%-8% Hypothyroidism values TSH > 10mU/L Patients willing to participate with the informed written consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients below 40yrs above 60yrs Patients with K/C/O -Osteoarthritis, Rheumatoid Arthritis, Sjogren’s syndrome, SLE, fracture/ dislocation of shoulder joint, uncontrolled Diabetes Mellitus, recent surgery of shoulder joint, recent trauma to shoulder joint Pregnant women, Lactating mothers
