Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Individuals with mechanical neck pain VAS 3 to 7 Unilateral or bilateral neck pain

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: any pathology or recent injury around the neck or cervical spine Osteoporosis spondylolisthesis amputation Pregnant females Congenital anomalies Any history of cardiovascular or neurological disorders Recent abdominal surgery Cervical radiculopathy
