Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: patients presenting with signs and symptoms of Pama (Scabies) such as Sukshma Bahu Pidika puyotpatti Adhik srav Kandu (intense itching) Daha Rash in wrist armpit waistline genital area (in the male) webbing between fingers Burrows sores and crust Inflammation and swelling will be taken in study Group Patients having no symptoms of Pama (Scabies) will be taken in contol group

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients having other disease like leprosy Immunocompromised disease like HIV HBV
