Inclusion criteria: Systemically Healthy Individuals with symptomatic irreversible pulpitis and apical periodontitis

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Systemic Disease Pregnancy Lactation PA Abscess Drug Allergies Analgesic intake within last 24 hours
