Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: patients with open and closed tibial shaft fracture. patients who give consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: patients who are refusing to give consent. any pathological fracture. Patients with diabetes, malnutrition, previous fracture of the same leg.
