Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age group 18-24 years. 2. Primary dysmenorrhea. 3. Regular menstrual cycle.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Any medical or Gynaecological history suggestive of Secondary dysmenorrhea . 2.Married females. 3.History of pelvic surgery.
