Inclusion criteria: Academic residents ( JR1,2,3,SR ) of major clinical branches like Anaesthesiology, Surgery, Internal medicine, Gynaecology, Orthopedics, Paediatrics, Psychiatry, ENT, Ophthalmology, Pulmonary medicine.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Subjects who are not giving consent for study . 2.SR’s pursuing any super speciality program. 3.Non academic junior residents
