Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Male soccer players 2. Adolescent soccer players with age group of 11-18 years 3. Participants playing soccer for at least 2 years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Subjects with any self-reported lower extremity or spine pathology which had required medical attention in the past 6 months. 2. Subjects with any self-reported vestibular problems, visual disturbances or any associated neurological problems presently. 3. Subjects already performing any proprioceptive or plyometric exercises.
