Inclusion criteria: 1 Low back pain radiating toward thigh and foot 2 SLRT positive cases 3 Already diagnosed cases

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 Pregnancy and lactation 2 Uncontrolled HTN and Diabetes mellitus 3 Unwilling or inability to comply the requirement of the protocol
