Health Condition 1: N943- Premenstrual tension syndrome

Interventions

Intervention1: capsules of anisun 2gms/BD: Patients of Group A will be subjected to. The intervention of anisun capsule will be started at ‘0’ Day with 4 grams 2 times a day for a period of 10 days

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age group 15 -38years Regular menstrual cycle Irrespective of marital status and parity

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Pregnant ladies lactating mothers irregular menstrual cycles women with known, pelvic pathology, major known psychiatric disorder, patients who are on hormonal contraceptives for PMS.

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
The primary outcome, reliving the severity of PMS symptoms Timepoint: 4th week, 8th week, 12 th week

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
overall quality of life, including their work, and daily functioning, will be assessed by recording the presence or absence of symptoms during the follow-up period. Scoring of the patient will be done before starting and after completion of treatment by using the PMST scale accordinglyTimepoint: 3 consecutive cycles
