Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Symptoms since 4 – 12 months with vas scale 4 -8 will be included considering 0 as no pain and 8 excoriating pain . Participants with or without Type 2 diabetes mellitus.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Diagnosed cases of surgery on the affected shoulder in the past six months. History of trauma or fracture to shoulder complex in past six months Diagnosed cases of ankylosing spondylitis and thoracic outlet syndrome. Participants with uncontrolled diabetes. Participants not willing to participate .
