Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Females of age group 18-45 years with regular cycles and having Primary dysmenorrhea

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with irregular menstruation 2. Patients with pelvic pathology 3. Patients with dysfunctional uterine bleeding. 4. Patients diagnosed with structural deformity of reproductive system

Measure	Time frame
Change in the mean pain score value assessed by visual analogue scale.Timepoint: Evaluations will take place during the first menstrual period post-administration and continue at equivalent intervals for a total of three cycles, allowing for the assessment of treatment efficacy over time in the management of primary dysmenorrhea	—
