Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Lateral Scapular Slide Test (LSST) scapular asymmetry greater than 1.5cm 2. Players must have been consistently involved in overhead throwing sports for a minimum of 3 years. 3. All types of scapular dyskinesia

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Any history of upper limb injury such as dislocations or fractures. 2. Any neurological disease 3. Any musculoskeletal injury of the shoulder joint in the last 6 months. 4. Any major or minor surgery of the upper limb, lower limb and abdomen in the last 6 months.
