Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All head and neck cancer patients, Squamous cell carcinoma – early and advanced T 2/T3/T4a , cancers {mandible, Floor of the mouth, tongue, maxilla, buccal mucosa, laryngeal, hypopharyngeal } with resection involving a flap- pedicled/ free flap and needing adjuvant treatment.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients on Immunosuppression/steroid 2. Not willing for participation 3. Patients with poor performance status 4. Patients with recurrent cancer 5. Patients Post RT SCC
