Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Recreational badminton players Age group : (Young-Middle) adult aged group between 18-40 years Genders : All genders Recreational players : 3 hours per weeks Participants to sign consent form BMI : 18.5-24.9 kg/m2
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Elite or professional badminton players will be excluded. History of orthopedic surgery of the upper quadrant, lower quadrant, or spine or reports of pain in these regions interfering with sport participation within the 6 months before the study. Pregnant, fracture, and ligament injury will be excluded in this study. Taking medication (e.g., anti-inflammatory or muscle relaxants) during the preceding 6 months. Incidence of any metabolic disease, trauma, current or past blood clots and tumor. Diagnosis of a blood clotting disorder or other hematologic disorder. Bleeding disorders (including thrombophilia). Participants with pre-existing upper limb injuries in the preceding 6 months. Incidence of musculoskeletal disorders in the preceding 6 months.
