Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients of age group between 15-30years of all genders. 2. Clinically diagnosed patients of PGH. 3. Patients who agree to sign informed consent/Assent form and follow up during the protocol.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients less than 15 or more than 30 years of age. 2. Patients suffering from any Systemic diseases like Diabetes Mellitus, Cystic fibrosis, Hodgkin’s lymphoma, HIV, Sickels disease, Pernicious anaemia, TB etc. 3. Patient taking medication like immuno-suppressants, ATT, Chemotherapy, Steroids etc. 4. Patients suffering from hair disorders like Alopecia areata, Androgenic alopecia, Dandruff, Tinea capitis, Bacterial folliculitis, Poliosis. 5. Patients suffering from autoimmune diseases like Albinism, Progeria, Pangeria, Piebaldism, Books Syndrome, Werner Syndrome, Neurofibromatosis, Vitiligo etc. 6. Pregnant and lactating women. 7. History of any conventional treatment for PGH within previous one month.
