Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Both the genders of age group 18 to 25 years Physical inactive student as assessed by IPAQ Nonsmoker subjects who were independent in their daily activities.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: BMI less than 18 OR more than 40. The subjects with the presence of any blood anticoagulant medicine, peripheral vascular disease Diabetes, hypertension
