Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. All acute myocardial infarction patients with age above 18 years. 2. All acute myocardial infarction patients with having chest pain, characteristic of angina lasting more than 20 minutes. 3. Patients with diagnostic ECG changes with characteristic ECG alterations consisting of ST segment and T wave changes. 4. Elevated troponin I levels. 5. Patients who are willing to participate in the study with informed and written consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. All patients with previous myocardial infarction . 2. All patients associated with any infective or inflammatory and neoplastic condition. 3. All patients of CVA with haemorrhaging or ischemic stroke.
