Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients willing to sign consent form for the clinical trial. Patients having symptoms of sandhigatavata mainly Sandhishula, Sandhishotha, & Sandhisaphutana were selected for present study. Freshly diagnosed case of sandhiavata (chronicity of disease less than 6 years. Patients between the age group of 30- 70 year of either sex.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients below 30 and above 70 years of age. Patients suffering with other forms of arthritis like Rheumatoid Arthritis, Gout, Ankylosing Spondylitis, Infective Arthritis, and neoplasm of spin. Patient suffering from any severe illness.
