Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Presence of persistent probing depth (PD) = 5mm. Radiographic evidence of atleast one favorable infrabony defect of the mouth with depth = 3mm.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with uncontrolled systemic diseases Pregnant or lactating women. Chronic smokers. Patient with grade III tooth mobility. Patient with trauma from occlusion Patient with any allergies
