Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. male and female between age of 20-40 years. 2. healthy individuals 3. individuals with sound mental health

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.individuals with metabolic disorder. 2.individuals having any kind of addiction. 3.individuals having night shifts. 4.individuals above 40 years and below 20 years of age. 5.pregnant and lactating mother. 6.subjects who have undergone recent surgical treatment.
