Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients fulfilling diagnostic criteria. Subjects of age group between 18 to 60 years Subjects who are willing to be a part of the Research work and ready to sign informed consent form. Chinta ( Overthinking) Krodha ( Frustrations and Anger issues)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients suffering from other major systemic illness like Hypertension, Uncontrolled Diabetic mellitus, Hyperthyroidism and other metabolic disorders interfering with the treatment protocol. Patient suffering from any other major psychiatric illness or disorder like schizophrenia, depressive psychosis, epilepsy. Pregnant and lactating women Insomnia caused by acute painful conditions. Malignancies, chronic kidney disease and liver cirrhosis

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
This assessment is based on improvement in signs and symptoms of anidra. Well check if there is less debility, heaviness in the head, excessive fatigue, excessive yawning and drowsiness.Timepoint: AFTER 7 DAYS.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
To assess the improvement in quality of life.Timepoint: 14 DAYS
