Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Probing depth 5-8mm Patients with good systemic health. Patients who had not received any surgical or non-surgical periodontal therapy in the past 6 months. Patients who had not received antibiotic therapy in the past 6 months.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: History of using anti-microbial mouthrinses within 2 months of the baseline visit Patients having a history of allergy to tetracycline; lidocaine. Pregnant woman and lactating mothers.
