Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Adult above 18 years, All patients undergoing Cardiac surgery at MMM

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: below 18 years Known Renal failure patients Creatinine above 1.3 mg/dl

MeasureTime frame
Determine the relationship between early changes in post-operative Creatinine levels and the incidence of postoperative complicationsTimepoint: Baseline creatinine value (before surgery) and Average creatinine value from day 1 to day 3 (after surgery)
