Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All women had undergone abortion either spontaneous and MTP in SLR, Gayne ward PGIMER ,Chandigarh Women who are willing to participate in study. Women who are able to understand Hindi ,English, Punjabi

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Women with less than 18 year of age will not be included Those who are not willing to participate in the study and does not know Hindi English and Punjabi

For experimental group post abortal self care package will be given and the variables will be seen are Self- Care Physical Outcomes Psychological Outcomes Use of contraceptionTimepoint: Intervention is for 2 weeks as per hospital policy daily intervention is given to women for next 4 weeks follow up .
