Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients diagnosed with Diabetes Mellitus for more than 5 years scheduled for lower limb surgeries 2. Patients belonging to ASA Grade II-III

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients unwilling to participate in the study 2. Patients with contraidications to regional anesthesia 3. Patients with known allergy to local anesthetics
