Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patient suffering from Generalized anxiety disorders. 2.Registered participants at least have primary education and willing for study. 3.Must provide signed informed consent. 4.Belonging 20-50 years age group, both sexes and from different socio-economic status will be considered for the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Cases of Hyperthyroidism 2. Heart diseases- congestive heart failure, cardiac arrhythmias 3. Respiratory disorders- Pulmonary embolism ,COPD and Asthma 4. Substance induced Anxiety Disorder- Drug/ alcohol misuse or withdrawal 5. Tumors that produced certain fight-or flight hormones. 6. Cases of other mental health disorders- Psychotic Disorder, Mood Disorder, Panic disorder , OCD, Social phobia, Hypochondriasis, Anorexia Nervosa 7. Cases in which patient has come for irregular follow-ups . 8. Cases with an unclear disease picture. 9. Severely ill or incurable cases

To find out changes in Hamilton anxiety rating scale after using centesimal and 50 Millesimal scale.Timepoint: It i measured by using Hamilton Anxiety Rating scale and will be assessed at the baseline and at the interval of every 3 months .All cases followed for a period of one and half year.
