Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Biopsy proven squamous cell carcinoma [SCC] of larynx and hypopharynx 2.Age: 18 -70 years. 3.Patients with eastern cooperative oncology group [ECOG] performance status of 0-2. 4.Patient with AJCC Clinical stage I â?? IVB 5.Patients not willing for surgery.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Cancer with distant metastasis. 2. Patient with ECOG performance status of 3-4 3. Patients who have undergone prior surgery. 4. Patients previously treated with radiotherapy to head & neck region. 5. Pregnant and lactating mothers

MeasureTime frame
To assess Tumor response.Timepoint: 3 Months

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
To evaluate the acute Toxicites & late toxicities Timepoint: Patient will be assessed during radiotherapy & monthly up to three months post treatment for acute toxicites Patient will be assessed every three months for up to one year after completion of treatment late toxicities
