Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.All age group between 18-60 years 2.Who are present at the time of data collection 3.Who are able to read and write in Kannada or Malayalam or English languages.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Confused and not oriented to the time, place and events 2.Who are suffering with major illnesses and are not able to cooperate with researcher 3.Physically and sensory impaired

Knowledge of Yoga will help the general population motivate themselves to practice yoga and experience better health.Timepoint: The duration of research study is one year and data collection will be collected in the OPDs of Father Muller Medical College Hospital Mangaluru for one month.
