Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Being at the age of 14 to 25 years. 2. Adolescents and young women will be selected after taking consultation from physician 3. Adolescents and young women are diagnosed with PCOS as per Rotterdem Crietria 4. Must have had attained menarche at least 2 years before their existing complaints of menstrual disorders.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Adolescents with inadequate command of local language 2. Mental illness 3. Obesity with another somatic cause 4. Ovarian tumor 5. Adrenal diseases 6. Other malformations of internal genitalia 7. Pregnancy and post natal mothers
