Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: PATIENTS WITH ASA GRADE 1,2,3 PATIENTS UNDERGOING ELECTIVE THORACOLUMBAR SPINE SURGERIES

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: PATIENT REFUSAL PATIENT WITH COAGULOPATHIES, DRUG ALLERGIES, PSYCHOLOGICAL ILLNESS AND PATIENT UNDERGOING ENDOSCOPIC SPINE SURGERIES
