Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with moderate acne vulgaris attending DVL OPD at TMU Hospital will be enrolled in this study. Patients of age groups 15-40 years of both sexes. Patient giving informed and written consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients using other systemic antibiotics in the month prior to the study. History of use of Isotretinoin therapy within past 3 months History of use of Topical antibiotics, Retinoids, Steroids in the last 2 weeks. Hypersensitivity to either of the drugs of the study. Those using drugs that interact with Doxycycline or Montelukast. All pregnant and lactating females.
