Inclusion criteria: Free from musculoskeletal injuries, fractures, and neurological disorders Willing to participate in the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Individuals undergoing treatment for mental health disorders, and eating disorders. Difficulty in hearing and comprehending information. Pregnancy
