Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Children of age group 5 - 16 years, Children both male and female. Children fulfilling the criteria of obesity based on the WHO Growth standard chart (Greater than 2 standard deviations from the WHO Growth Reference median)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Children who are underweight or malnourished (Lesser then 2 standard deviation from the WHO Growth reference median). Children suffering from severe chronic and congenital illness. Children under any chronic medications.
