Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All children between 5 to 15 years with documented autoimmune thyroiditis who are on treatment as well as newly diagnosed cases

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Children with acute infection. 2. History of intake of probiotics or antibiotics in last 4 weeks. 3. History of any other known autoimmune disorders.
