Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Individuals who have symptoms of Ras Dhatu Kshaya. Age between 18 to 40 years. Either sex irrespective of caste and religion.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Individual having sleep disturbance like insomnia. Individual having chronic diseases congenital anomalies Renal dysfunction. Individual having any Metabolic or Hormonal disorders. Pregnant women and lactating mothers. Individual below 18 years and above 40 years.
